Company programme terms

Your written quote records the ticket quantity, company billing details, final price and applicable terms. Codes are issued after verified payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Plan around 4–6 colleagues per team, subject to each game's own limit. Package totals do not represent simultaneous event capacity.

Only games currently available for paid purchase are listed. Pilot editions are excluded. Teams choose from the available catalogue when redeeming; future cities are not guaranteed.

Do we have to choose the cities now? No. Mention likely locations in your enquiry, or enter “Not decided”. At redemption, each team chooses from the games available for sale.

Can offices play on different days? Yes. Each code is independent. There is no shared event date or city-wide leaderboard.

How long are codes valid? Redeem within 24 months of purchase. After redemption, activate within 12 months; game access lasts seven days from first activation.

How many colleagues can play? One code covers one team within the chosen game's stated limit. Group investigations typically suit 3–8 people; check the game page for the exact duration and capacity.

What if it rains or access is difficult? Check the forecast and route information before arranging the outing. Choose another day before activation if needed. Accessibility varies by route; ask about specific needs before ordering.

Can we reassign unused codes? Yes, within your company before redemption. Once redeemed, a code is tied to the selected game. Keep codes private: anyone holding an unused code can redeem it.

Is a facilitator included? The programme is self-guided, with written organiser materials and email support. On-site staff, live facilitation and custom game development are not included.
