Good to know before you give
Do I have to choose the city now?
No. The recipient chooses a destination and game from the available selection when redeeming.
How many people can play?
One card covers one whole team, within the selected game's player limit. Each game's page shows that limit before redemption.
Can they choose a Family or Group game?
Yes, any eligible Family or Group game without a top-up. The card is not a cash balance, and any price difference is not refunded.
How long do they have to use it?
Redeem within 24 months of purchase, then activate within 12 months. Access lasts seven days from first activation.
Will they see the price?
The transferable PDF card does not show the price. The purchase confirmation and invoice go to the buyer, and you don't need to pass them on.
Do they need to book a time or install an app?
There is no guide-led appointment or app installation. Check the chosen route's practical information before setting off, and bring a charged phone with mobile data.
What if something goes wrong?
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for an unused card. Contact us for a delivery problem or mistaken redemption. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
