Do we need to book a time?+
No. After activation you can start whenever it suits you.
How many people does one ticket cover?+
One ticket covers one team sharing a phone; no invitations or separate player accounts are needed. We recommend 2–5 people for family games and 3–8 for group games. Roles can be combined and swapped.
What if mobile data is unavailable?+
Phone answer checks require internet. Download your edition’s game booklet before setting off and read its instructions for playing on paper.
How long can we use the game?+
Activate within 12 months, then use it for seven days after the first start.
Can children play alone?+
Family cases are designed for adult accompaniment; local traffic and public-space safety rules always come first.
Why can we not buy the games yet?+
Field, pilot, language and legal release gates are still open. Until then, a free sample and waitlist are available.
